Government Environment Performance Managemet Based On Public Satisfaction Index In Lanzhou City

The research deeply focuses on the act and influence of people on the evaluation of the government environment performance management,and established a new measurement of the government environment performance management based on public satisfaction by analyzing the current measurement of the government environment performance management in Lanzhou City.The research is based on the experiences combining some successful experiences of developed countries with ours and theories including government service,public satisfaction index and government measurement performance management.With the method of social investigations,the practicability of government environment performance management in the view of the public in Lanzhou City was obtained.Government environment performance management measurement based on the public satisfaction is the result of the decision within public supervision and scientific decision.It consists of the effect of environmental improvement and the regulations of government management,which can realize better public evaluation on the management activities of the government.Considering public satisfaction index as the fundamental principal of the measurement of government environment performance management,not only the improvement of financial resources and manpower,but also the accelerating construction of the service government and democracy is needed urgently.This research result can provide some scientific support for the measurement of government environment performance management in Lanzhou City,and also can be references for other relevant research.
