Research On The Government's Function In The Development Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

As a main component of the national economy and society,small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)play an important role in promoting national economic growth,increasing employment,developing society and economy.It is a very important part of the economic subject.The development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the reform and opening up,are in the process of growing,both in quantity and in quality,and has made a great contribution to become essential to the main market economy for the development of the economy.Its contribution is mainly manifested in enhancing market vitality,increasing revenue,promoting social employment,maintaining harmonious and stable development of society and other aspects.But at the same time,we should also recognize that there are some unavoidable problems during the process of develop the small and medium-sized enterprises.Because of the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,such as the number of small,small scale,uneven development within the region,weak ability to resist their own risks,and thus faced with financial difficulties,financing difficulties,limited development scale,limited management level,lack of resources and other issues,So the government needs to support and service.This thesis is divided into four parts.Firstly,the related theories and concepts are discussed,such as the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises,and the relevant theories of small and medium-sized enterprises and service-oriented government are expounded.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and some major problems in the development process.Thirdly,on the basis of elaborating the necessity of serving the government to serve the small and medium-sized enterprises,this thesis analyzes the current measures taken by the government to serve the small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward the current situation of government services in the background of economic development and there are shortcomings in these measures.Finally,on the basis of the analysis and demonstration of the above status and problems,this thesis puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the government service ability in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
