Research On The Legal Protection Of Privacy Under The Network Environment

In 2015 the central government work report,"the new words Internet plus" full of the sense of the times with all aspects of people's lives.On November 16,2016,statistics from the third world Internet conference in wuzhen,zhejiang province,showed that the total number of Internet users in China exceeded 600 million.Network become the necessities of life,positive work,enjoy life bring power for people,now high rhythm of work and life make people has been wedded to network,people will leave network environment.The ever-changing and changing network environment has made the protection of privacy in the Internet a focus,and has become an important topic of academic research in law theory.Single weak situation on Internet privacy protection in China the serious influence to the development of the network society,this paper study on some cases of infringement of privacy under the network environment,so as to the harmonious development of the network to provide a little suggestion in the future.The main body of this paper consists of four parts.The first is the theory of network privacy.This article includes the definition of the concept of traditional privacy and Internet privacy,the characteristics of Internet privacy rights infringement and the content of Internet privacy.The second part is the comparison of the foreign network privacy protection system and the enlightenment to our country.Introduced the network privacy protection mode and industry self-discipline,the eu's legislative regulation mode and the laws and regulations as well as overseas forgotten right system,and draw to our country network development,to improve the system of network privacy protection in our country for reference.The third part is the current situation and main problems of the protection of Internet privacy in China.Introduces the legislation of our country's network privacy protection and the status of the network industry self-discipline,network privacy protection in our country are pointed out the legislative,judicial,government regulation and industry self-discipline,citizenship problems in many aspects.The fourth part is to improve China's Internet privacy protection system.In view of the above problems,the concrete solutions and Suggestions are put forward.Major:to form a comprehensive legal protection system for Internet privacy;Improving the judicial protection of Internet privacy rights;The administrative department of the government shall protect citizens' personal information in due time;Strengthen self-discipline in the online industry;We will improve the awareness of the privacy protection of Internet users and strengthen the construction of online ethics.
