A Governance Research On The Anomie Of Microblog Speech In The Dissemination Of Public Events In Network

As a new We-media platform,microblog has rapidly affected people's lives since cameinto China in 2007,itnot only changes the way ofinformation dissemination and communication,creating a new network space,but also provides a new education environment for ideological and political education.Low threshold,fragmentation,fission,interaction and other propagationcharacteristics of microblog make it a highly free speech distribution center.More and more Internet public events began in the microblog and spread quickly,different viewsin the microblog space come into collision,which makes the network public events become more complex.Network ideological and political education focus on the improvement of the network education environment,as a new network of educational platform,a good standard of expression of the order in microblogshould be one of the goals of education environment.Therefore,the issue of microblog anomie in the dissemination of public events in the network has become an important research entry point of this paper.In recent years,speech anomie will be about to the come withthe network public events becominga microbloghot topic.Those who disregards the legal and moral bottom line,big talk,mouthless,and even violations of the rights and interests of others in the network public events is not uncommon,which makes a vicious impact in the microblog virtual space,and even the real society.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strengthen the network social management and promote the orderly operation of the network according to law.The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee clearly pointed out that "we should adhere to the principle of active use,scientific development,management according to law and ensure safety according to the law to manage the network ",these spiritual guidelines sounded the treatment of microblog anomie of the new horn.Microblog space is not outside the law,speech anomie has become a topic that must be discussedin the network of ideological and political education.How to define the concept of how to form a mechanism,how to form a mechanism,how to lay the governance path,etc.are placed in the ideological and political education workers in front of a difficult problem,and we need to timely response to these issues to carry out in-depth theoretical discussion and practical solutions.In this paper,adaptingthe literature research,case analysis and multi-disciplinary research methods,firstly reviewed the microblog development overview,summed up the microblog low threshold,text fragmentation,transmission fission,interaction and other transmission characteristics.Through the selection of "Wang Baoqiang divorce",a network of public event,analysis the typical nature of the anatomy of the spread of the path and the direction of public opinion,the microblog of the event of through the network of public events in the microblogspread of the main phenomenon are microbloglanguage violence,rumor spread,privacy infringement and group polarization,and then from the three aspects of the key technology,the user,the external environment analysis of the network of public events in the dissemination of microblogging anomie formation factors,and accordingly put forward the corresponding governance path.The article is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.This paper introduces the reason of the topic selection,combs the current situation of the network public events and microblogrelated topics in the form of graphs,and expounds the research contents,research methods and research innovation of this paper.The first chapter defines the concept and connotation of microblog anomie,reviews the development process of microblog,and shows the propagation characteristics of microblog in the form of graphic combination.The second chapter takes "Wang Baoqiang divorce" as an example to carry out typical case study,and deeply dissects all kinds of speech anomie phenomenon in microblog public event.In the third chapter,on the basis of the case dissection results,from the special to the general,the analysis of network public events spread microblog anomie formation factors.The fourth chapter puts forward the governance path of microblog anomie in the dissemination of network public events from the perspective of improving the security technology,strengthening the self-discipline of the users and optimizing the external environment.
