Research On The Planning Of Endowment Service Facilities Embedded In Community

With the shortage of land,limited public resources,the huge number of elderly population with the development trend of aging proplem and miniaturial of family structure,the problem of elderly's living and taking care problemhas been gradually highlighted.The tradition mode of endowment is no longer fit the current situation.A new kind of mode came into being,which used to be a link between home-care with Institutional-care,show its key role.Community-care refers to rely on their own characteristics,choose to live inside the community,enjoy the rich serve resources til the end of their life.The mode is actually the balance of the regulative and the autonomy.However,the traditional community-care is far more statically,and China far now rarely provide comprehensive services for the elderly,both couldn't reflect the welfare and provide professional and customized services also.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the elderly-care facilities in China and also the connection,advantages and disadvantages of the elderly-care system.There were so many problems need to be solved.Such as the insufficiency of endowment service system,the lack of policy safeguard measures,the short of type and mode of endowment serve facilities and the low constrction standards.We need to updated through the planning and management towards the existing communities in order to improve the endowment service system.Secondly,it is necessary to clear the difference needs of the elderly,through the demands to orient the services and contents.Then extend the function to the space design,which means to make sure that the facility types,function and space layout need to adjust the local conditions,and reasonable configuration optimization of existing facilities.Thirdly,darwing lessons of the elderly service from the mature experience of domestic and international,using case analysis,comprehensive analysis and inductive deduction and other methods to conclude that to construct complex endowment service facilities embedded in community is far more necessary.The so-called "embedded in community " model is based on the "Aging in Place",through transformating the leisure space to combine with the social endowment resources,make it a platform for the elderly and build an new human living mode.Fourthly,select case from Japan and developed cities in our counry,to discuss there basic situation,the residential mode,the public service facilities,spatial layout and the organization pattern.Finally,through the summary of the caces above,set forth how to build a network of the endowment service facilities,and also put forwad the planning strategy and improve the constrction of complex community endowment platform,which leads to create a more humane,intensive,efficient and sustained system.
