Research On The Mediation And Resolution Of Social Conflicts And Disputes In Central Town Under The Background Of New Urbanization

The imbalance of regional development is an important part of the main social contradiction in the new era.It is an important development direction after the 19 th CPC national congress to implement the regional coordinated development strategy and promote the development of new urbanization.With the development of new urbanization,unprecedented and profound changes have taken place in many fields.The transformation of social pattern and economic pattern has made social contradictions and disputes more complicated.In the face of the changes in the new era,some existing dispute settlement mechanisms have been unable to adapt them.Central town is an important node and driving force to co-ordinate urban and rural development and implement the new urbanization strategy,and an important function of central town government is to resolve various social contradictions and disputes within its jurisdiction.This article explores and studies the mechanism of resolving contradictions and disputes in central town government in order to improve the mechanism of resolving contradictions and disputes at the grass-roots level better and provide some practical reference for resolving social contradictions and disputes in new urbanization construction in central town.This study is carried out under the historical background of widely promoting the new urbanization.Through in-depth study of the current situation and characteristics of social contradictions and disputes in the central town,the causes and operation of the current mediation mechanism,it is believed that there are some problems in the settlement of social contradictions and disputes in the central town,such as the unsmooth channels of expression of interests,the nonstandard performance of government duties,the imperfect mechanism of resolving conflicts and disputes,and theinsufficient publicity of the rule of law.Taking Shiling town as a case study,this paper analyzes and studies the problems encountered,measures taken and results achieved in the settlement of social contradictions and disputes in the central town.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This article thinks that to solve all kinds of new contradictions and disputes nowadays,we should not rely solely on the previous judicial mediation,people's mediation and administrative mediation,but stick to the concept of " people-oriented",and use diversified resolving mechanisms to integrate and connect various ways of resolving contradictions and disputes,such as:investigation and early warning mechanism,coordination and linkage mechanism,social participation mechanism,rewards and punishment assessment mechanism,and legal termination mechanism and so on.Only by comprehensively applying these mechanisms can we better play the role of resolving contradictions and disputes and be conducive to the healthy and orderly development of new urbanization.
