At present,in the process of social transformation in our country,some officials are corrupt,accepting bribes and abusing their power,and the crime of duty is serious.Official crimes refer to corruption and bribery committed by state organs,state-owned companies,enterprises,institutions and staff members of people's organizations,who use the functions and powers they have mastered,and engage in favoritism,abuse of power,and dereliction of duty.Criminal acts that infringe upon the personal rights and democratic rights of citizens and undermine the state's rules and regulations on public affairs activities should be punished according to the current criminal law of our country.Job crime is closely related to social and economic activities.It is professional and hidden,and it is developing toward transnational trends.It is extremely harmful to society and has great destructive effects on the healthy development of social and economic development,the construction of democratic politics,the construction of the rule of law,and the construction of public morality.We will strengthen criminal control over official crimes,prevent and reduce them,and affect the stability of China's political power,the strength of the country,the prosperity of society and the well-being of the public.To this end,we should establish the concept of combining governance and prevention,protect the concept of human rights,fully understand the limitation of criminal law,and adhere to the rule of law to fight corruption;On the basis of this,we will improve the criminal legislation on job crimes,reduce the standard of crimes of corruption and bribery,expand the scope of the identification of bribes,impose different penalties for crimes of corruption and bribery,and increase penalties and qualifications for crimes such as dereliction of duty.We will improve the criminal justice system for job crimes,ensure fair and legal judgments,improve the trial system for job crimes officials in different places,limit the discretion of the courts,and standardize criminal judgments.We will improve the criminal enforcement system for official crimes,ensure that penalties are enforced in place,and strengthen supervision by procuratorial organs over the execution of criminal judgments and penalties.
