With the increasing importance of non-public enterprises to China's economic development,its position on the national economy is also more and more affirmed.The scale of non-public enterprises is expanding and the number of employees is increasing.Although non-public enterprises are getting into the right track,the problems of rigid management system and strong bureaucratic atmosphere are becoming increasingly prominent in the process of development.In recent years,the relationship between labor and capital is becoming more and more intense in non-public enterprises.Whether in Sina or SKYWORTH,there are many problems such as the breakdown of labor and capital relations.All these phenomena indicate that labor and capital problems are still common in China.The trade unions as a representative of the interests of employees of the organization,it can accept the staff's opinion,have an effect on the whole enterprise operation,if not properly handle the staff for the trade union identity,will lead to dissatisfaction with workers,worsening labor relations,will cause heavy losses to non-public enterprises.In this paper,by using SPSS22.0,we find out the trade union finding and descriptive statistics analysis of non-public enterprises in Shandong province.In the sense of organizational identity of the trade union,the employees of non-public enterprises basically believe that the trade union can achieve the pass line standard,but there is still much room for improvement.Among them,the cognitive organization identity is the lowest and the emotional organization identity is the highest.The average score of appraisal organizational identification is only inferior to the emotional organizational identification.Through the investigation of the Union level and the individual level satisfaction found that union workers generally feel that the lack of certain features of the union,the Union's reputation is not very high,and even trade unions and other organizations compete and trade union internal strife will cause strong dissatisfaction with the trade unions,which leads to their decline in trade union recognition.The decline in the freshness of the Union and the high degree of sentimentality of the trade unions will lead to dissatisfaction with the union.At the same time,the factors of the labor union level and the staffs personal level are also influenced by the employees' gender,educational background,industry and working experience.The differences in gender,education,industry and years of work will affect employees' cognition.In Shandong Province,the non-public enterprises Union identity and its.influence factors to investigation and study,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,the government departments should as soon as possible to improve the"trade union law" and related laws,enterprises and employees to recognize the role of trade unions,to optimize and perfect union the environment,build communication and coordination mechanism between enterprises and trade unions,in order to improve the Shandong province non-public enterprise union identity.
