As daily life is increasingly important means of transport,the status of the car is self-evident.At present,in Chinese auto market,people want to buy a car can choose or believe that the basic are 4S shop.And as Chinese current mainstream car distribution of the main body-4S shop,its unified facade design,integrated mode of operation,and improve after-sales service,but also by the consumer recognition.However,in the early stage of the construction of Chinese auto market,the industry policy selection errors,and in the follow-up development of the automotive market,car suppliers in order to seek additional benefits,through the vertical restrictions on behavior,in order to control the market,limiting competition.This also brings another serious consequence,the legitimate rights and interests of consumers have been damaged.According to the difference between the products and services provided,the car distribution market can be divided into two markets:the automobile distribution market and the rear car distribution market.In the vehicle distribution market,car suppliers through the agreement with the 4S shop to achieve a vertical monopoly effect;in the aftermarket distribution market,car suppliers are respectively agreed to 4S shop and authorized spare parts manufacturers for "for" behavior.Car suppliers through the co-ordination of the vehicle market and post-market,in order to achieve the purpose of locking the consumer.The consumer’s choice is missing in the buying behavior of the car distribution market.Compared to China,the United States and the European Union as the automotive industry’s most developed countries and regions,both its auto market distribution model,or anti-monopoly law regulation experience is very mature,learn from the foundation.Through the demonstration of the regulation of the automobile market in Europe and the United States,the core thinking is to use the means of economic analysis and rational analysis to determine whether it constitutes a monopoly in the process of anti-monopoly law enforcement.By improving the operation mode and regulatory behavior of Chinese automobile distribution market,we can not only break the market of unfair competition,but also better protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
