The Study On The Problems And Solutions Of The Migrant Employment Iujury Insurance

This study will use Marxist theory as a guide to study the predicament and causes of the migrant workers" industrial injury insurance system and propose solutions to the problems.It is a feature of this article that the protection of the migrant workers’ rights and interests is placed under the background of China’s transformation from an agricultural society to an industrial society.The work-related injuries of migrant workers,especially the difficulties and causes of migrant workers’ industrial injury insurance system,are the perspectives of the protection of migrant workers’ rights and interests.Through combing the research results of other scholars,this article clearly defines the concept of migrant workers,the concept of work-related injuries and the concept of work-related injury insurance in the first chapter.The author believes that the problem of work-related injuries of migrant workers is a product of the background of the country ’s reform and opening up,the establishment of a socialist market economic system,and the construction of a modern socialist country.The work of migrant as laborers is the cornerstone of our country’s process of industrialization,urbanization,and modernization.The migrant work is the process of industrialization,urbanization and modernization.At the same time,the migrant are faced with the change of status,conversion of work methods and lifestyle changes.Therefore,in the second chapter,the issue of the migrant worker’s work-related injuries was precisely examined during this great period of social change.In this context,this paper further analyzes the application of China’s industrial injury insurance system to migrant workers in the process of legislation and implementation.The author believes that the legislation of the industrial injury insurance system in our country is imperfect,the employer’s ignorance of the profit’s indifference to the workers’ safety environment,and the lack of effective supervision of the social security department on the company are the main causes of the dilemma of the migrant workers’ industrial injury insurance system.It is held accountable with the supervision of the labor security department.The paper uses the basic principles of Marxism to analyze the problem of work-related injuries among migrant workers.It is precisely because the Marxist theory reveals the operating laws of human society and provides a world outlook and methodology for understanding the origins and difficulties of the migrant worker injury problem.Theoretic tools for solving problems in the new era.This paper tries to use the basic principle of Marxism to analyze the problem of migrant workers’ work-related injuries.Although the causes of the migrant workers’ work-related injuries are complex,the bottleneck in resolving the work-related injury problems lies in the process of national industrialization,urbanization,and modernization,how to coordinate the interests of all parties,and aims to ensure the liberation of the people and ensure the laborer’s dominant status.This paper will explore the ideas for solving the problem of migrant workers’ work-related injuries.Therefore,in the last chapter,the paper puts forward some ideas for solving the migrant workers’ industrial injury insurance system:perfect the legislation of the industrial injury insurance system,improve the construction of China’s social security system,publicize the people-oriented concept of decent work,and emphasize the social responsibility of employers.This study considers the disadvantages of the current system of migrant workers’work-related injury insurance.This study is to think and answer what kind of socialism with Chinese characteristics persists and developing in the new era,how to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,and how to better establish the laborer’s in the process of building a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.The status of the main body,thus achieving decent work for the laborers,promoting the all-round development of the people,building harmonious labor-capital relations,and advancing socialist modernization construction are of great theoretical significance.
