Research On The Equalization Of Basic Public Services Of China In The Vision Of The Shared Development Concept

In the context of the new era,promoting the equalization of basic public services is the key to the implementation of the concept of shared development.It is the duty of governments at all levels to promote the equalization of basic public services under the guidance of the concept of shared development.The equalization of basic public services refers to the public service system and public goods in which the government provides all members of society with roughly equal opportunities,scope and results.This paper analyzes the theory of shared development and basic public services,and combines the current problems of basic public services in China,including the issue of non-equalization between urban and rural areas,regions,and groups.The government should speed up the transformation of government functions,establish an overall and effective basic public service system,improve the public finance payment system,and build a reasonable government performance evaluation system to guide the concept of shared development and build a reasonable and equitable basic public service system.The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction part,which mainly expounds the background and significance of this paper,the current research situation,the research ideas and methods,and the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.The second part expounds the concept,theoretical foundation and significance of shared development and the equalization of basic public services and the necessity of promoting the equalization of basic public services.The third part expounds the current situation of the equalization of basic public services in China,including the actual results achieved in various specific fields,the concrete manifestation of the non-equalization of basic public services,and the reasons for its formation,The fourth part focuses on the countermeasures of the equalization of basic public services under the guidance of the concept of shared development,and analyzes the options for the equalization of basic public services in various fields in China.Therefore,the author interprets and summarizes the ways of realizing the equalization of basic public services in China,including the establishment of specific concepts and the design and construction of the system.The conclusion of this article summarizes the inevitability and feasibility of realizing the equality of basic public services,and gives the prospect of the future socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics on the basis of the realistic development.
