September 29,2016,the State Council issued work guidance on accelerating the Internet plus administrative services requiring the regional and related departments to implement the actual situation in accordance with the local document advocated by the concept and measures to optimize the service concept,recycling service processes,innovative services,to the greatest extent convenient to the masses and enterprises,so that the enterprises and people could enjoy good service,then people will feel satisfied.Administrative service centers are the main provider of government services.It is an important attempt to reengineer the administrative approval process.It's ultimate mission is to pursue public satisfaction.Since it's establishment,it has shown the momentum of vigorous development.At present,it has covered almost all the counties and cities in China.Whether the administrative service center after the flow of recycling is able to provide more simple and efficient government services,the need to accept the evaluation of government service recipients.At present,the academic research on the evaluation of the public satisfaction of the administrative service center process is still slightly inadequate,more concentrated in the administrative service center process reengineering or administrative service center public satisfaction two aspects,and less through the public Satisfaction with the perspective of administrative service center process reengineering effect,Therefore,this paper attempts to construct a set of public satisfaction evaluation index system,and its rationality and the relationship between indicators to verify the relationship between the analysis of administrative service center process to improve the evaluation of public satisfaction to provide an analytical framework.Based on this,this paper intends to discuss the evaluation of public satisfaction of administrative service center process.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of the administrative service center and public satisfaction evaluation related to the topic are expounded in detail,and the related theories such as expectation theory,process reengineering theory and seamless government theory are introduced.Secondly,it analyzes the development process,the mode and the dilemma of the process reengineering of the administrative service center.Thirdly,the paper expounds the meaning and importance of the index system,introduces the relevant content of public satisfaction evaluation,constructs the evaluation system through Delphi expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,carries on the weight analysis of the index,and then through the questionnaire and the first-The object of evaluation was analyzed and analyzed.Finally,taking the administrative service center of Fuzhou as an example,the structural equation model is constructed,and the SPSS and Amos methods are used to verify and analyze,and the countermeasures can be explored in order to make a useful exploration for the improvement of the public satisfaction of the administrative service center.
