Research On The Influence Of Traditonal Culture Of Buddihism And Taoism On The Hidden Corruption Of Listed Companie Executives

At present,China has formed an overwhelming trend of fighting corruption.As President xi has said,China's anti-corruption campaign has not been completed until it has been carried out.As a public enemy of human goodness,corrupt elements are often arrogant and arrogant,largely because we do not know enough about them.Lai Junchen,the tang dynasty courtiers,analyzed the nature of corruption that 'Human beings desire more,their nature is selfish;If you want to be greedy,you will be wrong'.While corruption has become a serious obstacle to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is very meaningful to strengthen the theoretical research on corruption.Exploring the role of the informal system of religious traditional culture in economic society,From the perspective of informal system and ideology,based on the data of state-owned and non-state-owned a-share listed companies in Shanghai and shenzhen in 2010--2016,this paper empirically examines the influence of local religious traditional culture(Buddha and Taoism)on the hidden corruption of executives of listed companies in various regions from the company level and the provincial level.By measuring the number of Buddha and Taoism places around the location of the listed company,this paper devotes whether the cultural atmosphere formed by Buddhism and Taoism can effectively inhibit the occurrence of executive corruption.The study found that the traditional culture of Buddhism and Taoism can effectively inhibit the invisible corruption of senior executives.And when the number of key temples in the vicinity of the listed companies,the cultural atmosphere formed by the excellent Buddha and traditional culture is stronger.That is the smaller the overactive consumption of senior executives,the smaller the frequency of hidden corruption.At the provincial level,the better the level of cultural construction of Buddhism and Taoism,the stronger the inhibitory effect on the corrupt behavior of the executives of listed companies.In addition,the influence of traditional culture on senior executives is related to the distance between the company and the key temple.The closer the distance,the stronger the norms of the thought and behavior of the employees of the company and the culture of Buddhism and Taoism.That is,the lower the probability of an executive recessive corruption.Therefore,enterprises can actively promote the local excellent ideology and culture while clarifying relevant rules and regulations.Then it may be formed a unique corporate culture concept by changing or reshaping employee values through this invisible informal system.At the government level,we can continue to strengthen the anti-corruption process.In addition to improving the laws and regulations,we should also actively carry forward China's excellent traditional culture.We will keep the formal system and the informal system together,effectively build a clean government culture and ensure cultural confidence.
