The Study On Existing Problems Of Community Correction In Rural Areas Of China

In recent years,the mainstream of criminal penalty is light and social punishment.As a responsible,responsible and powerful country,China should introduce and apply community correction system as a response to the trend of our times.Since 2003 correction system as a pilot project was launched in our country,it has been 14 years in our country.During the 14 years,community correction system has developed from scratch to mature and complete.Nowadays,as an important punishment execution mode in system of punishment of China,community correction system application ratio is increasing,plays a more and more important role in system of punishment and develops rapidly.Nevertheless,compared with that in urban areas,the community construction in rural areas of our country is backward,which has bad effect on carrying out of community correction system in rural areas.Therefore,it is essential to research and study how to carry out community correction system in rural areas.Through consulting relevant information,reading academic essays and on-the-spot investigation in county S,Shandong,this essay analyses and studies problems of carrying out community correction system in rural areas and proposes a feasible solution and advices of carrying out community correction system in rural areas of our country according to these problems.This essay consists of 5 parts.Introduction is part 1,introducing the purpose,meaning and the state-of-art of community correction system in domestic and abroad.Part2 states relevant theories and analyses relevant concepts,system features and basis of theories.Part 3 explores existing problems in carrying out community correction system via analysis of the state in county S.Part 4 and Part 5 propose a solution to help carry out community correction system in rural areas.
