Mongolian nationality is the most typical ethnic group among the nomadic cultures in the world.Nomadic herding is the only economic method that suits Mongolia’s climate and environment.According to such characteristics,Mongolian nation has created their own unique nomadic culture.Both Mongolia and Inner Mongolia belong to a nomadic culture and there are more than 10 million Mongolians in the world,which mainly in Mongolia,China and Russia.Among them,there are more than 6 million Mongolians in China,3 million in Mongolia,and 900,000 Mongolians in Russia.Although the Mongolian culture in different regions is consistent and inseparable,there are also differences that cannot be ignored.This study consists of five chapters including the introduction:The first chapter briefly describes the topic selection background,research significance,literature review and the summary of previous studies,research status,and the innovation.The second chapter mainly discusses the comparative study of Mongolian language and Chinese Inner Mongolia language and writing.The Khalkha dialect is the standard language in the Mongolian language.Chahar dialect is the standard language of Mongolian in Inner Mongolia,China,so this chapter mainly compares the common points and differences between the Khalkha and Chahar dialects language and writing.The third chapter mainly compares and studies the religious beliefs of Mongolian and China’s Inner Mongolian regions.Early Mongolians believed in Shamanism,which was a primitive religion formed in the late period of Mongolian society.Now days,Tibetan Buddhism,Islam,Shamanism and Christianity are the main religions in Mongolia and Inner Mongolia.Therefore,this chapter mainly compares and analyzes the religious beliefs in these two regions and analyzes their historic development and current status.The fourth chapter focuses on the comparison of the political and cultural development and cultural background for the two sides and to explore the similarities and differences between Mongolian and Inner Mongolia political culture.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the cooperative behavior of the two regions under the influence of cultural differences and similarities and analyzing the relationship and mutual influence between Mongolia and Inner Mongolia.
