Research On Window Service Of Lishui Municipal Government

After decades of exploring and practicing the service-oriented government since the reform and opening up,China’s service-oriented government began to establish,develop and improve。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Party Central Committee(CPC),represented by General Secretary Xi Jinping,has carried out strong reform measures to pursued greater development,and has continuously promoted the reform of streamlining government and delegating authorities to serve economic and social development.Building a service-oriented government with the satisfaction of the people.The requirements and efforts of establishing a service-oriented government are also growing.So,the government service window represents the image of the party and the government,which is an important part of the service-oriented government,is the most direct image of the government brand.Therefore,the quality of government window service is particularly important.Lishui City is a third-tier city,and Lishui municipal government’s window service is also in the exploration and practice of the government service reform.The quality of service and satisfaction has been greatly improved,but also quite representative.So this is one of the reason I selected this city for the study of window services.However,due to the traditional thinking,site environment,technical thinking and other factors,there is still much room for Lishui’s service reform to enhance.This paper analyzes the current situation of Lishui window service and the reason of the problems that arising from the process of window service through searching the literature in multi-channel,analyzing and comparing the official collection data,researching the multi-level policy,selecting the field investigation,hope to specify the future direction for its service reformThe main part of this paper is divided into seven parts.The first two parts point at researching the background significance,the research status,the research method and the content.The third-to five parts mainly studies the status of Lishui window service,problems and analysis to the problem;the 6-7 parts is mainly to give the recommendations and conclusions to improving the Lishui window service.Through the questionnaire survey and data access and other means,this article found that the status of the reform to the window service in Lishui is still relatively effective.There are a centralized administrative examination,an approval service center,an investment project agency center and a team with higher satisfaction.At the same time,it uses Internet + information technology to promote the on-line servicing of the public demands.Of course,this article also found that there is a huge room for Lishui window service to be further improved,such as Internet thinking,large data thinking,promoting e-government,improving the service environment,publicity policy information and transforming service process.Therefore,this paper think that the level of service in Lishui will have a greater progress after improving the window services in these areas.
