Under The Concept Of Shared Development Research On Basic Public Service Supply In Yanbian Rural Areas

Sharing the concept of development as one of the five development concepts,adhere to the premise of fairness and justice,keep up with the laws of the times,regard common prosperity as the ultimate goal.The Nineteenth Party Congress carried out more in-depth research and deployment of the concept of shared development from the angles of poverty alleviation and development,rural revitalization,regional coordinated development,and livelihood protection of people,fully embodying the essential requirements of socialism and the superiority of the socialist system.Since the reform and opening up,the economic and social development in China,has made great achievements,and the material and cultural life of people has been greatly improved.However,the gap between the income level of our country and the level of basic public services in urban and rural areas is still large,especially in rural basic public services,which has the problems of insufficient supply,low accuracy,affects the pace of achieving shared development and building a harmonious socialist society.The purpose of this paper is to guide the development trend of the era,to explore ways and measures to meet the basic public services provision in the rural areas of Yanbian.To achieve faster and better shared development in Yanbian area,finally,realize the common prosperity goal of urban and rural residents in yanbian area,provide a feasible reference.Based on the above realistic background and research purposes,in the first chapter,the article will explore the experiences and lessons of the development process at home and abroad and use this as a reference,learn from experts and scholars on the sharing of development concepts,basic rural public services,and basic rural public services in Yanbian.According to the fact that the current major social conflicts in China have already been transformed,the Party Central Committee has implemented major strategic plans such as poverty alleviation work and rural revitalization in the new era as a benchmark,following the shared development law,to find innovative research methods,that meet the basic public service provision in Yanbian rural.In the second chapter,will explain the meaning of shared development concepts in detail,and the areas covered by basic public services,and look for the relationship between shared development and social construction,social construction and basic public services,basic public services and shared development concepts.Find out the intrinsic link between shared development concepts and the construction of basic social services.In the third chapter,we will focus on the current situation of rural basic public services in Yanbian.Among them,we will take Longjing City in Yanbian as an example,will be more persuasive.From the aspects of ideological understanding,institutional mechanisms,supply effectiveness,etc.,in-depth and meticulous search for problems exists,and provide basis for how to solve the problem.Finally,in the fourth chapter,guided by the concept of shared development,we will promote the social equity and justice of rural basic public services in Yanbian,presuppose the principle of maintaining the people’ s principal status,and build on the basis of joint construction and sharing,and correspond to rural basics in Yanbian.Put forward solutions to meet the needs of the basic rural public services in Yanbian,To promote the development of high-quality development of rural basic public services in Yanbian.
