Study On The Legal Business Environment Of Dalian Area Of Liaoning Free Trade Pilot Zone

The establishment of a free trade experimental zone in China is an important decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,as well as a major move to promote reform and opening up under the new situation.Since the establishment of the Dalian area of China's(Liaoning)Free Trade Test Zone(referred to as the Liaoning Free Trade Zone),Taking institutional innovation as the core and replicable and popularized as the basic requirements,we should actively create an international,market-oriented and legalized business environment.A good business environment under the rule of law is an important basic condition for speeding up the development of enterprises and attracting investment.In promoting the rule of law and building a society ruled by law,governments throughout the country have done a lot of work in improving the business environment under the rule of law,which is governed by law.In order to accurately grasp the legal needs of enterprises in Dalian District of Liaoning Free Trade Zone,and formulate a plan of action to create an optimized business environment under the rule of law for the development of enterprises,so as to promote the healthy development of Dalian District of Liaoning Free Trade Zone,It is urgent to investigate and study the present situation of the rule of law business environment in Dalian area of Liaoning Free Trade Zone in order to provide reference for the government scientific decision and to promote the construction of the legal business environment in Dalian area.Based on field investigation,this paper discusses the legal business environment in Dalian area of Liaoning Free Trade Zone,which is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the survey work,the second part introduces the effectiveness of the current system construction.The third part introduces the effect of the implementation of the system;the fourth part introduces some problems in the business environment under the rule of law found in the process of investigation in Dalian;the fifth part is the suggestions on the construction of the business environment under the rule of law in Dalian.In order to improve the rule of law business environment,but also hope to cause the relevant scholars and practical workers to think deeply.
