On Perfecting Prison Surveillance System To The Eyes And Ears Of Uncle Zhang And His Nephew Case

The prison is a criminal investigation and the special requests.Prison surveillance system is the investigation organ and inserted a part of criminal suspects or criminals in jail or prison security system as the eyes and ears.The development of prison and prison management investigation in the maintenance of order,reduce the prison crime rate,strengthening the management,improve the detection rate and other aspects play an important role.However,due to the provisions of laws and regulations on this issue is relatively simple and rough;related research also relatively low,making the system in practice operation is not standardized and unified,and even repeated abuse and miscarriage.In this paper,Uncle Zhang and his nephew as an example,analyzes the problems of the system and put forward the corresponding suggestions.This paper uses the method of case analysis to study the prison surveillance information system.The full text is about twenty thousand words,divided into three parts: the preface,the text and the conclusion.The text is divided into three chapters,which are as follows:The first part introduces basic case of Uncle Zhang and his nephew and the use of the eyes and ears.The second part analyzes the case of problems,including the provisions of the law and simple;the selection standard is not strict;investigation and their needs to be improved;and the management of the existing problems;and evidence review questions.The third part,I believe that China should keep the eyes and ears of prison surveillance system,and second problems as the foundation,proposed consummates our country prison surveillance system of the ears.Including the legal level of refinement and prison surveillance system,and clear the selection and application of the standards,strict restrictions and auxiliary investigation behavior,strengthen the supervision of the eyes and ears,eyes and ears to improve disclosure and witness system.
