The court performance appraisal is a trial management system based on subjective and objective reality,based on the comprehensive evaluation index and efficiency evaluation system.As a management method,the court performance appraisal has been widely used in modern judicial management.The supreme people's court about the case quality evaluation work guidance "issued after the way around the court in accordance with the requirements of the supreme people's court,have established a unified case quality evaluation system,the court performance appraisal work underway.Can this assessment system of quantitative index evaluation method,intent on trial by means of index quantitative management of each link specific assessment,however,this kind of assessment method is feasible and scientific questioned by a lot of deficiency in practice.In fact,the practice of over-quantifying and even completing the task of quantifying indicators is completely deviating from the value principle of judicial activities.Therefore,we must clarify the understanding of performance appraisal evaluation system,the analysis of current problems in court performance evaluation assessment system and analyzes the deep reason is the performance appraisal index system more in line with the grass-roots court management works.This article through to the Y district court in-depth investigation,the present situation and problems of performance appraisal is pointed out that the court performance appraisal through the current position to the judge performance quantitative,in-depth evaluation of the judge in the assessment of a certain period of practice,to a certain extent,the objective evaluation of the judge's work.This kind of assessment method has great progress and positive significance compared with the traditional way of subjective impression.However,there are also some problems such as unscientific assessment index classification,unreasonable design of assessment methods,and unreasonable application of assessment results.Y district court managers need in the summary already obtained,on the basis of performance appraisal results,according to its actual situation,design a set of index system conform to the law of justice,the judge professional characteristics.Court in Y district of jiangxi province perfect assessment index system,the author according to the theory of balanced score card(BSC)and key performance indicators(KPI)theory as the theoretical basis,draw lessons from the work of the court incarrying out performance appraisal work productive experience,combined with the court's management present situation,proposed the optimization of Court in Y district of jiangxi performance appraisal plan,and organize the implementation and effect evaluation of the scheme are proposed.
