The Criminal Law On The Regulations Of Private Lending

In recent years,the problem of private financing has become the focus of the attention of ordinary people from the top to the top of the central government.We will accelerate the legalization of private financing,protect normal private financing activities,and attach importance to the regulation of illegal financing by criminal law,which will become a common consensus among all sectors of society.At present,our country to the folk financing has been constructed by the criminal law and judicial interpretation,the accessory criminal law system of criminal law,and the investigation of illegal fund-raising cases,qualitative and the disposal of the assets involved in the relatively close.However,from the perspective of practice,the current criminal law system has some problems,such as excessive intervention,regulation mode and certain specific provisions.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of private lending,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the criminal regulation system of private lending and the mode of prevention and treatment.
