Legal Issues About "Zero And Debt Fee"

Entering a new era,China's tourism industry also ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development.How to help China tourism to grasp the opportunity under the new era and overcome existing problems?The issue has become a new research aspect of tourism.As one of the China tourism problems,"zero and debt fee" has severely putting a brake on tourism sustainable and healthy development,which leads China takes great efforts in rectify it.Although Chinese Tourism Law rectifies these problems with a clear aim,the effect was not obvious,there still some problems exist in "zero and debt fee" to be solved urgently.In this context,the thesis studies on some legal issues about"zero and debt fee".In first part,the author briefs the "zero and debt fee" operation mode,and puts forward that Chinese tourism interests are being violated under the "zero and debt fee".The second discuss the measure of"zero and debt fee" in Chinese Tourism Law.The third part point out the problem that arisen in the course of "zero and debt fee" measure implementing.Finally,according to the problem that have been found,the author proposes solution against the issues.There are five measures should be taken as follows,perfect tourism service quality deposit systems,punitive damages systems,complaint handling mechanism,information publication system and smart tourism system construction.
