With the rapid development of network video,the ways to provide network video related services are becoming more and more diverse.Among them,the emergence of network video playback links provides a great convenience for the Internet environment,while there are many disputes.Due to the lack of systematic solutions to laws in our country,such copyright infringement problems occur frequently,and the judgment basis and results of similar cases.in different local courts are different.This article studies the problem of platform infringement which provides links to network videos,and advises that when setting up a video playback link,the network platform should undertake the obligation to actively review the playback rights of the video work targeted by the link.It is specifically divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter briefly introduces the basic situation of the selected cases of network video playback infringement,which leads to the focus of the dispute.The second chapter mainly expounds the current situation of network video playback infringement disputes.It includes the relevant laws and regulations's problems,difficult to judge whether the network video playback link is infringed,the judgment basis of the court is not uniform,and some legitimate network video playback links are not properly protected.The third chapter proposes a review obligation to set up a video playback link by network platform.It includes analyzes the development trend of the current Internet environment,the efficiency of solving such problems,the equivalence of rights and obligations,the legislation of overseas network links,and the tendency of active review of network video playback links in judicial practice.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the use of network technology to provide more possibilities for the implementation of link inspection obligations.The fifth chapter discusses that some network video playback links can be restricted to censorship obligations.
