Research On Administrative Law Enforcement Of Highway Traffic Police

The highway construction has made great development in the whole country,but at the same time,it has brought more and more serious problems of high-speed traffic safety management.In practice law enforcement,high speed traffic police are often blocked in the process of administrative law enforcement,so it is necessary to study the problem of high speed traffic police administrative law enforcement,which involves the multidisciplinary field of administrative law and administrative management,and needs to be studied comprehensively.From the perspective of administrative law,this paper studies the problem of administrative law enforcement of high-speed traffic police from four parts.The first part describes the concept of high speed traffic police administrative law enforcement,the administrative competence of high speed traffic police and the characteristics of high speed traffic police administrative law enforcement.The second part expatiates the main problems faced by the administrative law enforcement of high-speed traffic police,and carries on the integrated research from three aspects: administrative punishment,administrative coercion and discretion.The third part analyzes the reason of the problem of administrative law enforcement of high-speed traffic police,and discusses the problems of law enforcement on the basis of poor law enforcement,the lack of authority and responsibility of law enforcement subjects,the defects of administrative materials and the lack of protection of rights and interests.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures in improving the administrative law enforcement quality of high speed traffic police.
