E-prosecution is an important part of the National E-government and one of the e-government projects in the National Plan.Under this circumstance,the construction of e-prosecution in Guangxi has become the driving force for the innovation and development of Guangxi's procuratorial work.The effectiveness and success of the e-prosecution construction project in Guangxi will be influential to the deep integration of information technology and procuratorial work.This article applies the theories and methods of project process management to analyze the typical activities and their mutual relationship during the construction project management,focusing on how to do demand research,project planning and schedule control.Finally,a concrete example is given to illustrate the significance and function of effective project startup,project planning,project execution,project monitoring and project closure.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter "Introduction" expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the thesis.The second chapter "the Analysis of the Current Situation of Guangxi's E-prosecution Project Management" introduces the concept of e-prosecution and analyzes the current situation of Guangxi's e-prosecution project management.The third Chapter"the Process design of the Process Management Strategy of Guangxi's E-prosecution Project" analyzes and demonstrates the whole process management of the e-prosecution project of Guangxi's procuratorial organization,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The fourth chapter "Example of the Process Management of the E-prosecution Project of Guangxi's Procuratorial Organization" studies a process management example of the e-prosecution project of Guangxi's procuratorial organization.The fifth chapter is "the Conclusion and Prospective of the Research".
