Network shopping has become the norm in people's life.The network has the characteristics of virtuality,which makes the network shopping different from the traditional shopping.Network shopping consumers and operators information asymmetry,in a weak position.Current laws and regulations is mainly aimed at the protection of the consumers' right to know the traditional shopping environment,to protect the network shopping consumers' right to know is there is lack of legislation,the legislation is not clear,such problems as scattered legislation and regulations.In this paper,the related problems are expounded,the problems and the perfection of laws and regulations on some measures and Suggestions were put forward,the right to know is one of the basic rights of consumers,online shopping the right to know of consumer protection should be combined with the characteristics of network shopping,must improve information disclosure system,establish the credibility of the multi-agent model evaluation mechanism,fully considering the different network advertising and traditional advertising,for online advertising targeted specification,should perfect the dispute settlement mechanism in the network shopping transactions,etc.
