Abstract/Summary:
Sharing politics is of great significance to the development of a country. In a broader sense, sharing politics is the pursuit of shared development.Since each country’s national conditions, economic and social development are very different, there is no unified model for the implementation of sharing politics. However,we can analyze and study some typical country’s actions to explore their experiences and lessons in sharing political construction and learn from them. This is also an important reference for China’s exploration of shared development. The vast majority of the world today is a multi-ethnic country, with a single nation-state occupying a minority. In multi-ethnic countries, power, interests, and cultural conflicts often exist among different ethnic groups. At present, the conflicts of race, ethnicity, culture, and belief have also developed into a global governance problem.South Africa was once the country with the most serious ethnic conflicts and conflicts. The conquest and rule of the European colonialists for more than 300 years resulted in the secession and confrontation between South Africa’ s ethnic politics, economy, and society. After undergoing various kinds of interference and setbacks during the colonial period of divided and ruled nation states, the African continent generally accepted and explored the development path of inclusiveness and sharing. After the South African ANC came to power,it abolished the apartheid system and adopted the principles of reconciliation and coexistence to avoid racial conflicts and social unrest. In the construction of a multi-integrated nation,a constitution-centered legal system was established, and equality was upheld. The concept of tolerance and sharing has achieved internationally recognized social progress. On the other hand, after the abolition of the apartheid system,South Africa’ s income and the gap between the rich and the poor did not improve much, and class conflicts were still acute.South Africa still faces the challenge of a "middle income trap." Therefore, both the gains and losses of South Africa’s shared political construction are very prominent. Its experience and lessons are worth learning and learning from other countries. This paper takes the most prominent aspects of the political construction of the new South Africa shared by the race and the class as a breakthrough point, and summarizes and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the ANC in the sharing of political construction after its arrival in power, thus summing up the new South Africa.Sharing experiences and lessons in the process of political construction. Finally,it draws inspiration from the exploration of sharing political construction in the vast number of developing countries around the world,as well as the reference for China’s exploration of shared development. The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, and related research methods. The second part is the interpretation of the shared political connotation. At the same time,it shows that the new South Africa shares the special value of political research. The third part takes ethnicity as the object of study and outlines the practice of the new South African shared political construction on racial issues. In the fourth part, class contradictions are the starting point for summing up the problems that the new South Africa faces in the process of sharing political construction. The fifth part summarizes the achievements, gains and losses, experiences and lessons in the process of the new South Africa’s sharing of political construction, and draws its enlightenment for the developing countries in exploring shared political construction.
