Research On Labor Arbitration Documents On The Internet

This article is the research object with the labor arbitration documents on the Internet.As the record and summary of the referee's activities,the labor arbitration documents have important theoretical and practical value.At present,the main research contents in the field of labor and personnel dispute arbitration and mediation system include the system perfection of labor and personnel dispute arbitration mediation,the identification of nature and the conflict between arbitration and trial.This paper explores the connotation and significance of labor arbitration documents online publicity,based on domestic labor arbitration documents online public situation,and through in-depth analysis of foreign experience,found that the current labor arbitration documents of China's Internet public problems,and put forward the question suggestion,provide some help for the theory study and practice in the field.In the first chapter,an overview of the comprehensive online public labor arbitration documents,analyzes the features of the labor arbitration documents,This paper expounds various viewpoints on the open Internet of labor arbitration documents.;the second chapter is the comparative analysis of the labor arbitration documents at home and abroad to open Internet,present features are summarized;the third chapter analyzes the labor arbitration documents online open problems from many aspects;the fourth chapter according to the labor arbitration documents online public problems put forward relevant suggestions.This paper compares the experience and practice of relevant legislation at home and abroad by comparing the methods of comparative study.The historical investigation method is also used to explore the historical development of the labor arbitration documents on the Internet.Thirdly,this paper also adopts the literature research method,through collecting,the literature is classified,filtered and screened,and the development process and controversy focus of the related fields are summarized and analyzed.
