At present, the causes and prevention strategies of job-related crimes analyzed by the theoretical community have been perfected theoretically and involved in all aspects. However, they still lack the thinking from the perspective of effectiveness of prevention, that is,after making many prevention strategies, there is no empirical examination whether These strategies are effective, whether it has indeed eased the incidence of job-related crimes to some extent, and there is no empirical support. In view of this, this paper uses the combination of literature and empirical demonstration to fill in the theoretical gap in the analysis of the causes of job-related crimes. This dissertation will make an empirical analysis based on the perspective of criminology from the causes of job-related crimes. In this analysis, the following issues are mainly addressed.First, the generation of job-related crimes and factors such as the perpetrators' own factors, institutional factors, and Is there a correlation in the workplace environment?Second, further quantitative analysis is performed after the detection of specific correlation factors. The full text is divided into four parts:On the basis of the existing literature and legal norms, the first part deals with the research on the major crimes related to job-related crimes at the present stage, mainly including two aspects, the concept of job-related crimes and the theoretical understanding of job-related crimes. The concept of duty crime should be defined from the perspective of the power of duty, emphasizing that the duty behavior is the obligatory behavior of the actor as an act or inaction. Therefore, the duty crime is the responsibility of the staff member who has certain duties and responsibilities in the implementation of the laws and regulations or the public management contract. In the case of duties,in violation of their obligations, there are non-compliant acts, such as acts, omissions, improper performance, etc.,which impair the integrity of the staff or prevent the state from managing the duties. The lack of public trust in the government. In the understanding of the theory of duty crimes,a summary analysis of domestic and foreign criminal behavior is mainly the theoretical explanation of the causes of duty crimes. The second part analyzes the acquired 3339 data by using the method depicted in the figure to identify the law of job crime presentation and divide it into recidivism and non-repetition crimes, place of origin,cross-regional crime, ethnicity, education, gender, and age. Each part intuitively shows the characteristics of data presentation. The third part adopts a quantitative analysis method based on the 1,336 questionnaires that are valid for recovery. It first assumes the causes of job-related crimes, which are mainly divided into passive and active reasons. These include:impacts at the institutional level, ineffectiveness of supervision, and their impacts. The influence of the workplace environment, the stress coping style chosen by the authorities, the desire for money, the inner anxiety and the influence of speculative psychology. Then we establish the independent and dependent variables of the study, and use variance analysis and regression analysis to detect whether these factors have an effect on the offenders of job-related crimes and construct quantitative analysis models. The fourth part concludes that the three elements of duty crime are the abuse of power by the authorities, the influence of the workplace environment on the powers and the ineffectiveness and ineffectiveness of supervision and supervision.Specific suggestions on the prevention of job-related crimes are proposed for these three elements.
