Research On Rural Democratic Election In China

In promoting the development of the countryside democracy at the grassroots level and the process of construction,the content of the democratic election is very important,it gives the people are masters of the country's effective way,of course it is also one of the core content of new rural construction.In the new historical stage of development,many rural areas in the process of a democratic election activities,a lot has happened the phenomenon of illegal and bad,a certain influence on the effectiveness of the democratic election campaign.The actual election results can't meet the villagers expected results,plus the lack of perfect,standardization of democratic rule of law environment,many villagers lack or unable to find a effective channel to express their own interests appeal.As a result,the democratic election campaign in rural areas in China is still unable to achieve substantial development.The author during the study,in rural democratic election as the research subject,hope to combine theory with practice closely,grasp the domestic rural development of the current state of the democratic election,discusses the problems in the process of democratic election,fully reference the domestic and the advanced experience of other countries,to perfect and improve the democratic election activities in rural areas to provide the corresponding countermeasures.This article covers three components.First of all,is the first part of this article,it summarizes the domestic related theory contents of rural democratic election,the various characteristics of rural democratic election,and defining the concept,summarizes its development course,presented its value and significance of reality.Followed by the second part of this article,it summarizes the status of the domestic current practices democratic elections in rural,lists the major developments in the field of our country,and all kinds of practical problems faced by the research and discussion on the specific reasons for the formation of these questions.The second part is the third part,based on the detailed analysis and argumentation of the foregoing,the author discusses the strategies and Suggestions of perfecting and improving the democratic election practice in rural areas.
