Internet consumer finance has played a key role in stimulating the national consumption and the integration of the industry's “Internet Thinking ”.The idea of this paper is based on the legal perspectives of the Internet consumer finance and other basic legal perspectives.Through the analysis of issues arising from the development of Internet consumer finance,the legal issues of the Internet consumer finance industry are sorted out,and solutions to the problems are proposed.This will promote the healthy development of China's inclusive economy and the orderly growth of national consumption.This article first introduced the research background of Internet consumer finance.Through sorting out the relevant theories of Internet consumer finance,we find that the theoretical research in China's Internet consumer finance is still insufficient.Through sorting out the existing theories,the basic concepts and operating modes of internet consumer finance are introduced in detail,and the particularities of internet finance are compared with traditional finance.The legal relationship existing in internet consumer finance is tentatively analyzed.The article also sorts out and summarizes the status quo of the legislation and development status of Internet consumer finance,and then proceeds from the legal issues of the main body,business regulation,and contracts to carry out a special analysis.Internet consumer finance has problems with imperfect laws,lack of regulatory systems,and incomplete support systems.This article also provides corresponding solutions from three aspects,namely,perfecting special Internet consumer finance laws;perfecting the Internet consumer finance supervision system;and perfecting the related system of Internet consumer finance.
