The Reality And Prospect Of Sino DPRK Relations Under The Concept Of Xi Jinping's Peripheral Diplomacy

The North Korean nuclear issue which has been deadlocked for more than 20 years is not only a malignant tumor of the turbulent Northeast Asian situation,but also a global puzzle.Scholars and experts from the Korean Peninsula have been working to solve this problem.The "six party talks"stopped for a number of years,and the date of the resumption is still not seen.There are factors behind the mistrust between the US and North Korea and the lack of good offices between big powers.In recent years,the North Korean nuclear test has attracted worldwide attention,and it can be clearly seen that the will of North Korea has become more firm in its nuclear power,and its nuclear strategic route is gradually solidifying.On the other hand,the US' s strategy of dealing with the nuclear test in North Korea is increasingly pressing.For a time,a strategic game among the major powers to head.The US strategy of "Asia Pacific rebalancing" and the strategy of Korea's "Self-protection" and the strategy of "annexation and unification" of South Korea have been colliding in the narrow Korean Peninsula.In addition,the North Korean nuclear crisis,the "Saad" into Korea and South Korea's own political crisis in the Korean Peninsula accumulated heating up,and also caused a violent shock wave to the situation in the region.In 2017,the situation on the Korean Peninsula was still grim.Trump,the new president of the United States,has an elusive character.Will he have a completely new tactical adjustment to the Korean Peninsula Policy?It is foreseeable that the strategic game of the peninsula will remain stable for a long time with a certain rhythm.If the three crises that plagued the peace and stability of the peninsula are difficult to resolve,the instability of the unstable situation will still interfere with the stability and harmony of the peninsula,where the transfer of the process of the denuclearization of the peninsula will flash,and it is unpredictable.Since the eighteen Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the guidance of general secretary Xi Jinping,the new generation of central leadership,on the basis of keeping the continuity and stability of the foreign policy and policy,created a good surrounding environment for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and put forward a new concept of "pro,sincerity,benefit and capacity",a new concept of Peripheral Diplomacy and a new type of righteousness and benefit.The concept of "periphery" and "new Asian security" have enriched and developed the strategy of peaceful development.As an important neighbor of China,the trend of relations between North Korea and China will not only affect the political structure of Northeast Asia,but also the political layout of the world.Based on this strategy,the adjustment of policy towards the DPRK under the new concept of peripheral diplomacy has also become an important topic at present.The purpose of this paper is to make a theoretical analysis of the new concept of China's new peripheral diplomacy,and to break the deadlock between China and the DPRK with a more reasonable and effective foreign policy,and explore the future trend of China's diplomatic relations with the DPRK,with the dynamic of the current foreign policy of the DPRK and the fulcrum of more reasonable and effective foreign policy.
