With the continuous development of medical technology and the increasing incidence of infertility in child-bearing-age couples in China,more and more infertile couples in China will choose to use frozen embryo technology for fertility in the future,and this will inevitably induce a series of Related legal issues,such as the legal nature of frozen embryos are people or things? Can it be inherited? When the disposal of embryos involves both parties' reproductive rights should balance the interests of both sides? The equitable treatment of frozen embryo cases is based on the legal nature of the frozen embryos,the right to inheritance,and the issues related to reproductive rights in the theoretical community and the law.After a clear study of these issues,the treatment of embryo dispute cases encountered in our country's social practice in the future will be dealt with.It will be based on a more reasonable solution to social conflicts and promote the harmony and stability of social order.At present,there are few books on the research of frozen embryos in China's legal circle.There is also no accurate qualitative about the nature of embryos in judicial practice.This paper discusses the three legal issues involved in the "Frozen Embryonic Case" in Jiangsu,China,hoping to provide a reference for future research on the legal issues of frozen embryos in China.
