Research On Characteristic Rural Construction In Midu County Of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture

General secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the issue of rural farmers in agriculture is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,proposing a new concept of rural rejuvenation strategy in the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China.According to the overall requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,cultural civilization,effective governance and affluent life,accelerate the process of rural modernization.Therefore,the construction of new countryside is a very important task in the current process of socialist modernization in China,In the critical period of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way,the construction of characteristic villages in border ethnic poverty-stricken areas has important strategic significance.Midu county of Dali Bai autonomous prefecture in Yunnan province is a poverty-stricken county in China.the construction of characteristic villages in midu county can not only increase the income of villagers,improve the infrastructure construction of villages,but also meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of villagers.Through the construction of characteristic villages to make the villagers really realize the desire of poverty alleviation and well-off in an all-round way.Through the study of the construction of characteristic villages in the border ethnic poverty-stricken areas,we should insist on the system of adapting to the times and local conditions,explore the suitable way to get rid of poverty and get rich,strive tirelessly for the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way;and contribute to our country's " two hundred years goal".This paper studies the characteristic rural construction of midu county in Dali prefecture.Through on-the-spot investigation,interviews,access to relevant literature methods,select the three typical villages in the construction of characteristic villages in midu county,in-depth understanding of the general situation of the construction of characteristic villages,comprehensive use of Marxist national theory and policy,management and other disciplines of relevant knowledge,find problems,explore the reasons,sum up experience,put forward suggestions for improvement,so as to promote the further improvement of the construction ofcharacteristic villages.The bright spot and innovation point of this paper: first,the characteristic rural construction research adapts to the 19 th national congress proposed to the rural agriculture farmer's attention,adapts to the requirements of rural revitalization in the new era,adapts to the comprehensive construction well-off society time characteristic.Secondly,through literature research,especially field investigation,interdisciplinary analysis and other methods to explore the new path of characteristic rural construction.Third,the content innovation aspect,the relevant materials of the article are first-hand materials obtained through field investigation,which are detailed and novel.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions in this paper are formed by summing up the experience and lessons in the process of characteristic rural construction,and the countermeasures proposed are more targeted.
