The Research Of Helping Elderly With The Elderly In The Perspective Of Elderly Human Resourse Devlopment

In recent years,the problem of aging in China has become increasingly serious.Beijing entered the aging society in nine years ahead of schedule,and facing the test of aging into 60`s and aging into 80`s at the same time.Enormous number of elderly population are significantly inconsistent with the increasing pace of urban life and the reduction of family size,the burden of family support has increased significantly.There is still a big gap between the supply of service facilities and the growing demand for social security services.Current service of social pension can no longer meet the needs of the elderly,which gives huge pressure to society and family aged supporter.It`s time to explore the new mentality and the new method to establish a new system of home-based pension service.It is beneficial to develop the active and self-support new mode of elderly-helping-elderly(younger elderly volunteers help older elderly people)based on the characteristics of China`s national conditions and traditional culture.In this situation,enthusiasm of the younger elderly people can be fully motivated.They can help elderly people in need,which including providing daily support,purchasing daily necessities,solving emergencies,medical care,etc,on the premise of perfect health condition and family support.In this case,it can be the important supplement to family pension and corporation pension,reducing the burden of family pension and the dependence on social pension assets.The method of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative research was used in this paper and selected one community in Dongcheng,Beijing to collected data,and useed SPSS for data analysis.Furthermore,author concluded the current situation and problem of community mutual-help,and gived suggestions for building elderly-helping-elderly mode,drawing on the excellent experience of practice in China and aboard.
