Research On Wisdom Community Elderly Care Services For Empty Nest Elderly In Beijing

With the development of the Internet and the Internet of Things in China,the pension industry in our country is gradually showing the development trend of science and technology.Especially in recent years,with the breakthrough and innovation of multiple technology,the new mode of pension for the elderly health,we talk about the smart elderly care is to rely on information technology and technological innovation to achieve the pension of intelligence and information technology through the application of the pension platform and online monitoring,the elderly combined with the detection of signs.It is reduced the pressure through the way of technology to solve the problems of the elderly.Beijing is one of the most serious areas for Population Aging in China.The problem of providing for the aged has become the biggest challenge for Beijing.The most direct purpose of this thesis is to solve the problem of empty nester pension,not only can let old people live in their familiar environment,reduce the "abandoned" feel "lonely",also can let them get professional care,effectively raise life quality,satisfy the needs of elderly actually,let old people enjoy comfortable and safe high quality of community service,share the outcome of social development,science and technology development.At the same time,use the Internet connected to the community,the surrounding infrastructure,such as hospitals,let the community to keep pace with development.In this thesis,the author used surveys and in-depth interviews,conducted a survey on the smart elderly care of the elderly in a street community in Dongcheng District,Beijing.The author analysed the current status of the smart elderly community care of the elderly and the acceptability and demand analysis of the elderly with empty nesters,put forward some suggestions and improvement measures for the development of smart elderly community care industry.
