Imperceptibly,the information era is coming,the trend of rapid development has been greatly promoting the development of society and economy.But its disadvantages also gradually appear,which infringe the privacy of public figures.The right to privacy of public figures in the end there is no privacy has been legal circles and even social circles is a hot topic in recent years,with the "Monday" event,the studio crazy broke the news,Zhuo Wei first paparazzi,the topic is again hot,in fact,there is an unwritten rule in Chinese:"there is no public figures privacy",the private lives of public figures should be exposed by the media as a social subject of jokes at leisure.However,with the rule of law in our country gradually stabilized,the idea of human rights began gradually,people began to study law in the law on the law,the most basic personality right should be regarded as the most basic rights of citizens to get the most comprehensive protection.The construction of the rule of law than Chinese advanced a lot,but in the rapid development of the capitalist rule of law construction is not only concerned with criminal and economic crimes but will focus largely devoted to improve citizens' basic human rights,which reflects the people-oriented,the concept of human rights guarantee the rule of law.In recent years,the development of our country has been developing rapidly,and the legal norms are becoming more and more updated,but the protection of the right to privacy,such as the right to privacy,is very weak.From the following three angles,the author will analyze and construct the legal system of privacy rights of public figures in accordance with the actual conditions of our country.The first part is to overview of public figures privacy,including the concept of public figures,the concept of privacy,the concept and characteristics of public figures privacy,violations of the privacy of public figures and the protection of the privacy of public figures.The protection of the privacy of public figures is not only to protect the personal interests of public figures,but also to the stability of society and the common interests of citizens.According to the statistics,have infringe privacy of others will still be two times after criminals were arrested in the crime,investigate its reason,is the right of privacy in our country legal system imperfect,criminals can be unscrupulous.As the social focus of public figures,the right to privacy has been violated,and the privacy protection of citizens will be even more difficult.The second part is the analysis of the status quo of public figures.The violation of the privacy of public figures in society,infringing subject has from the traditional news organisations into full-time paparazzi,deal with the business staff,and even eat together colleagues became the infringement of the main body,which makes public figures nowhere to hide.Legal system will take effect on October 1,2017 of the general civil law of the People's Republic of China,has been a breakthrough for privacy regulations,the public figures privacy system establishment to our country played a decisive role.But there is no corresponding laws and regulations and the detailed rules for the implementation,tort liability rules are not enough clear,especially the compensation for mental damages,such as the specific matters,did not make clear a regulation,which makes it was hard to operate in the judicial practice.The third part is the establishment of the privacy system of public figures.Firstly,the basic principles of the public figure's privacy system should be clearly established.Secondly,the limits of the privacy of public figures should be clarified;Finally,through legislation,administration,judicial tripartite cooperation to build public figures privacy system.I think it must be bold in the introduction of advanced western legal system,and combining with the actual situation of our country,gradually improve for all citizens,including public figures privacy protection,especially the public figures privacy laws by legislative,administrative and judicial trinity of all aspects of legal protection,promote interpersonal harmonious stability of the whole society.
