The Supervision For The Investigation Power Of The Supervision Committee

After our country carried out the reform of the supervision system,the supervision power became an independent state power,which changed the traditional state power structure.The Supervisory Committee became a new type of state organ of authority that was in line with the executive and judicial organs.The state supervision power can punish corrupt officials in the country.The Commission has three competencies,namely,supervisory authority,investigation authority and disposition authority.As a fundamental power of the Commission,the investigative power of the Commission can supervise all civil servants' conduct,it's investigation scope is very wide and intense.Facing such a powerful power,if we do not supervise and restrict it,it will probably be abused.How to supervise it effectively is the issue that must be given high priority at present.This paper embarks from the investigative power of the Supervision Committee,analyzes the basic connotation of the investigative power of the Supervision Committee,and forms a clear understanding of the investigation power,thus lays the foundation for the supervision for the investigative power of the Supervision Committee by using the methods of literature analysis,value analysis and comparative analysis.At present,there are few studies on the supervision for the investigative power of the Supervision Committee,and most of the scholars study the supervision for the Supervision Committee and this paper makes a deep analysis on the supervision for the investigative power of the Supervision Committee on the basis of the research on the supervision for the Supervision Committee by the scholars.Through the analysis of the current situation of supervision of the investigative power of the Supervision Committee,it is found that the supervision regulations on the investigative power of the Supervision Committee are not perfect.If the investigative power of the Supervision Committee is not effectively supervised,it will probably lead to abuse of power,so the necessity of supervising the investigation power of the Supervision Committee is also analyzed in order to promote the normative operation of the investigative power.At the same time,on the basis of comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the successful experience supervision for the supervision investigation power in Hong Kong,the United States and Sweden,and provides some suggestions for the supervision for the investigative power of China's Supervision Committee.Finally,this paper puts forward a solution to the supervision for the investigative power of the Supervision Committee.The supervision of investigation power is divided into internal supervision and external supervision,internal supervision includes internal supervision form and internal supervision mechanism,and external supervision is divided into supervision of the party,supervision of administration,supervision of judicial authority,supervision of people and supervision of news media.Through the restrictions on the internal and external supervision for the investigative power of the Supervision Committee,a scientific and systematic supervision system is established to ensure the normative operation of the power of investigation.
