Research On Discourse And Practice Of Xi Jinping's Military Ideological And Political Education In The New Era

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has inherited and carried forward the fine tradition of our military ideological and political education,combining the theory of ideological and political education of our army with the practice of the military under the new situation,and has put forward many discourse and practice in military ideological and political education,which is an important part of Xi Jinping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Systematically study on the discussion and practice of Xi Jinping's military ideological and political education,has positive and important significance to enrich and perfect the theory system,to understand the characteristics and laws,and to explore ways and paths of military ideological and political education in the new era.This paper is composed of six parts.The first chapter is introduction part,which expounds the background,purpose and significance,summarizes the research status,clarifies basic ideas and main methods of thesis research,defines the related concepts,and determines the boundaries and contents of the research.From the second chapter to the fifth chapter is the main part of the thesis.The second chapter analysis from the current situation of military ideological and political work,the security situation at home and abroad,the international military technology transformation and other aspects of the challenges facing,makes in-depth study on the historical background of Xi Jinping's theory of military ideological and political education in the new era.Our military ideological and political work experienced many periods from Mao Zedong's foundation,Deng Xiaoping's innovation,and Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao's enrichment and development,it describes the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's military ideological and political education from view of historical change.The third chapter sorts out the discourse of Xi Jinping's military ideological and political education since the 18 th CPC National Congress,focusing on four aspects: the first is the discourse about "the ideals and beliefs" is the soul of military ideological and political education;the second is the discourse about "the red gene" is the root of military ideological and political education;the third is the discourse about "having a fine style of work" is external image of military ideological and political education;the fourth is the discourse about "the unity between officers and men" is an important guarantee for military ideological and political education.The fourth chapter mainly investigates the practice of Xi Jinping's military ideological and political education since the 18 th CPC National Congress,mainly including: holding new Gutian Congress to reshape military ideological and political education work in the new era,promoting the anti-corruption of army to create a good political atmosphere,vigorously improving work style and image of officers and soldiers in the army,and promoting the reform of system and mechanism of military ideological and political education in the new era.The fifth chapter concludes three characteristics on discourse and practice of Xi Jinping's military ideological and political education in the new age,namely,distinctive heritage requirements,pragmatic construction path,and problem-oriented.It also distills the contemporary value,which includes “three advantageous to”: advantageous to build a new army which is well command of the party,can win the war,and having a fine style of work,advantageous to promote the construction of socialist core values and advantageous to innovation of ideological and political education work in the new era.This article investigates the historical inheritance of Xi Jinping's discourse on military ideological and political education,combs the new discourse of Xi Jinping's military ideological and political education,and combines the great practice of the military ideological and political education with its characteristic analysis and value exploration,which has contributed a little effort to the research work of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and has also promoted the research work of the history of the ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China.
