Research On Crime And Prevention And Control Of Private Entrepreneurs In China

Private entrepreneurs’ crime refers to crimes related to the production and management of enterprises that private entrepreneurs commit.At present,the crime of private entrepreneurs is a prominent problem in the process of social development in China.It not only affects the development of private economy,but also causes many other social hazards.Strengthening the research on the crimes of private entrepreneurs in China and their prevention and control,and improving the relevant legislation and judicature of private entrepreneurs’ crimes are of great significance for reducing private entrepreneurs’ crimes,promoting the development of private economy,and growing the growth of private entrepreneurs.This paper sums up the characteristics of the private entrepreneur group,such as collusion phenomenon,complex and concealment of criminal means,obvious trade and region,and analyzes the trend of illegal fund-raising,occupation and embezzlement of funds and so on.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the crime prevention and control of private entrepreneurs in China.mainly includes the private entrepreneurs suspected some low crime sentencing standards,rules and regulations of the relevant laws of folk lending is not yet perfect,some crime prevention and control center positioning result in delay and the supervision of private entrepreneurs partial light,some private entrepreneurs serious legal nihilism etc.The article puts forward the improving some private entrepreneurs suspected crime sentencing standards,further improve the relevant laws of folk lending,the center and act as center,strengthening the education supervision of private entrepreneurs.
