The Explanatory Power Of State Corporatism

The relationship between China's state and society has always been one of the basic issues of concern in the political circles at home and abroad,it has dual research value in theory and practice.On the one hand,the problem itself has an important theoretical significance.After the reform and opening up policy,there are many kinds of interpretation models for the study of the relationship between the state and the society.From the point of view of the research thread,the domestic academic circles are mostly analyzing and drawing lessons from the Western views,concepts and theoretical paradigms.With the great changes in the relationship between the state and the society,from the beginning of new authoritarianism to pluralism and then to state corporatism,the analysis of the relationship between state and society in China has been constantly adjusted.After the introduction of the Chinese academia,state corporatism soon became a higher voice in the academic circles of China.And now,it has a strong applicability to the reality of China.But state corporatism theory,as an exotic one,can it really explain the complex situation of China's national conditions? To what extent can the theory of state corporatism be used for reference in China,and whether it presents a different orientation?The construction of the theoretical system of China's national and social relations is helpful to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of China's reform and to expand the scope of the research on the theory of state and social relations.On the other hand,many specific Chinese social problems need to be discussed on the basis of this framework.China is still in the transition period,from the reform of the institution,to the construction of social organization,and to the evolution and implementation of the policy,which can not be separated from the discussion of China's national society.We need to establish a reasonable and scientific relationship between the state and society,and optimize the reform and development to solve social problems.Therefore,based on the relationship between women's cadre schools and the state,this paper discusses the relationship between our nation and the society from the perspective of the state corporatism.The research of this paper will be based on such a research hypothesis,that is,women's cadre schools,as special social organizations,will be supported,administrated and also alienated by the state possibly.In the first part,I comb the study on the relationship between China's state and society after reform and opening up.I try to explain three typical interpretation models,and analyze their limitations and applicability.In the second and third part,taking women's cadre schools as an example,this paper expounds how the state supports and administrates women's cadre schools from many aspects.The fourth part will explain the separation between women's cadre schools and the state for further investigation.On the other hand,by combining the Chinese reality,it is difficult to explain the complex and changing social relations in China,and it is difficult to explain it in a single mode.The model of the national legal regimen can not replace the other models,but should be supported and more comprehensive with other models when we try to explain the reality of China.
