| The villages and towns is the fundament level of the institutions and mechanisms by which the party exercises leadership and the foundation of the national governance system.As township civil servants,who are bottoms in the civil service system in China and the most direct ties with the masses in the hierarchy system,their treatment is relatively low,but their workload and job requirements are becoming more and more strictly.Because of contacting with the masses directly,their performance is directly related to the implementation of national policy and government image among the masses.Under The New Normal of seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigo,township civil servants have to face many changes,such as new tasks,work environment,work requirements.If they could not adapt to the new tasks and new requirements,or failed to keep good work enthusiasm,it does a lot of damage to solidity of the country’s ruling foundation and our efforts to building a country.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out scientific and effective incentive management to the township civil servants.Utilizes tools such as face to face interview and questionnaire survey method were used in the thesis.Investigation to civil servant’s incentive,the job satisfaction and the importance of the factors affectingthe township civil servant incentive sort among civil servants from S town in Ji an of Jiangxi Province were done.By comparison and analysis ofthese corresponding datum of satisfaction,especially for promotion,salary,training,assessment,rewards and punishments,the thesis intends to put forward problems existing in the township civil servant incentive management under the New Normal,and then brings forward comprehensive analysis of the reasons,puts in practical countermeasures and Suggestions to improve township civil servants incentive management under the New Normal. |
