The crimainal law make clear a regulation "Common crime is an intentional crime committed by two or more common " in our country,which emohasizes on the principle of subective and objective is consistent.Intentional meaning includes cognition factor and will factor.Cognition factor is the premise of the will factor,which is the hope and indulgence were held by criminal behavior and the results.In the common crime,by means contact,make deliberately to exchange content between the various actors,communication,form a common criminal intention,as all persons are subject to criminal forms of sin.The content of common crime isrich and complex,I limited theoretical knowledge is weak,this article only common point of view on some issues deliberately analyzed and discussed.I hope that their own theoretical level has improved through their own efforts,with a view to more competent trial practice,the rule of law and for the approval of building blocks.
