Research On Perfecting The System Of Officials' Property Publicity In The Era Of Big Data

The core of the System of Officials' Property Publicity is to grasp the property of the officials and their changes,to control the whereabouts and paths of the property,and to do everything possible to reduce or even eliminate the hidden nature of the whereabouts and whereabouts of wealth.It helps officials to standardize daily transactions and reduce the use of power for personal,enhance the credibility of the government and establish a good image.Establishing the System of Officials' Property Publicity is important to combating corruption and advocating honesty,and it is also an inevitable requirement for governing the country according to law.It is also an inevitable trend of China's political development.At present,China has not established a complete officials' property publicity system,and the system construction still remains at the stage of property declaration.Most of the academia's ways to improve the system of public disclosure of officials are starting from the system itself and lacking new theoretical perspectives and technical means.This article stands in the new context of the era of big data,based on the powerful functions of big data thinking and big data technology,and comprehensively adopts literature research methods,system analysis methods,and case analysis methods,and closely centers on the"improvement of the official property disclosure system".The theme,in accordance with the "theory of the theory-analysis of the status quo-existing problems-to resolve the path" to start the study,will open up a new technical path for the official disclosure of property system.This thesis begins with the relationship between officials' property disclosure system and big data technology,analyzes the logical relationship between the two,and sorts out the necessity and possibility of constructing public data for officials.On this basis,the paper selected three latest practical cases,analyzed and summarized the current law of China's construction officials open property data model is still not sound,big data technology is not yet mature,the new model system is incomplete and There are major problems such as incomplete supporting measures.Therefore,in the age of big data,improving the open system of official property should be based on four aspects:thinking,system,technology,and supporting measures.First,we must change the habit of thinking at the level of thinking,cultivate awareness of big data,and at the same time strengthen the construction of a talented team and provide property for officials.The open big data model provides the talent base;second is to speed up the construction of laws and regulations for public assets of large data model at the institutional level,introduce relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible,and do a good job in the top-level design of officials' public property big data model;Strengthen technology construction,promote interaction of information flow,improve the ability of big data mining and analysis,strengthen security prevention of property data,and ensure the technical premise of official property open data model;Fourth,improve the relevant supporting measures for official property open big data model,focus on data networking,connecting big data networks into supporting measures.
