Feicheng is a county-level city in Tai'an,Shandong Province,located in the central part of Shandong,adjacent to Ji'nan and other relatively large cities.In recent years,the labor service cooperation between Shandong and Singapore,Japan and some African countries is more extensive.The comparative income of wages and income makes a lot of men in Feicheng choose to go to big cities to get employment or to go abroad.Feicheng city relies on the rapid development of manufacturing,chemical,textile,catering,wholesale and retail and other industries.It ranks forty-second in the "the top 100 counties and cities of the national medium and small cities in 2017",which holds a lot of women's employment.At the end of 2015,the number of female workers in Feicheng was about 50 thousand,accounting for more than 43%of the total employment population,but there was a phenomenon that the labor rights and interests of women workers were damaged by unsigned labor contracts and "different pay for the same work".Although the Feicheng municipal government has made clear the goal and direction of promoting women's various career development in the "13th Five-Year" plan for the development of women in Feicheng,and put forward some strategies and plans to protect women's labor rights and interests,but the concrete implementation in practice still has difficulties.Therefore,the study of the protection of labor rights and interests of women workers in Feicheng is conducive to the systematic discovery of problems and analysis of problems,through targeted countermeasures to protect the rights and interests of women workers.Taking the female workers in Feicheng of Shandong Province as the research object,based on the theory of human capital,the theory of Maslow's demand level,the theory of labor market discrimination and the theory of labor market segmentation,the research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and interview and comparative analysis are used to explain the protection of labor rights and interests of female workers in Feicheng of Shandong province.It is found that there are some problems in the protection of labor rights and interests of women workers in Feicheng of Shandong Province,such as the gap between wage level and expectation level,insufficient protection of rest and vacation rights,low level of participation,lack of protection of labor,gender discrimination in individual enterprises,the protection of special labor rights and interests,and other problems.Because of the imbalance in the supply and demand of the labor market,the absence of the relevant government functional departments,the lack of social responsibility of the employers,the lack of full play by the trade unions,the weak awareness and ability of women workers' rights to protect their rights,the labor rights and interests of women workers in Nantong and Chongqing,which are relatively developed in the United States,Germany,Korea and the domestic economy,are protected.With the experience of barrier,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the protection of labor rights and interests of women workers in Feicheng of Shandong province.It mainly includes that the government of Feicheng city of Shandong gives full play to the function of the government,the trade unions expand various channels to play the maintenance function,the employers should fully fulfill the social responsibility,and the female workers improve their own protection consciousness and do not.Learn to improve your skills.
