As a neighboring state of China with water and clothing,Vietnam has extensive common interests with China, but the South China Sea dispute has become a stumbling block on the road to the development of bilateral relations.Since the 1990s,the U.S.-Vietnam relations have been normalized, and the U.S.position on the China-Vietnam Sea dispute has gradually shifted from "neutral" to "actively intervening".This has become an important factor in resolving the Sino-Vietnam dispute.Since U.S.President Barack Obama took office,he has actively promoted the Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy and formulated intervention policies to make the South China Sea dispute complicated, international, and multilateral.Since the incumbent President Trump came to power,he has inherited his predecessor's South China Sea policy and sent a powerful fleet to show off in the South China Sea.He interfered with the process of peaceful settlement of the South China Sea issue;he sent a 100,000-tonnage Carl Vinson aircraft carrier to visit Vietnam. It intends to lease Cam Ranh Bay.These intentionally or unintentionally suggest that Vietnam has strong US support behind it;on the South China Sea issue, the United States and Vietnam have more common interests. The United States has more reasons for involvement in the dispute between China and Vietnam. This article takes the Sino-Vietnam maritime dispute as the entry point to analyze in depth the current role and influence of the United States in the Sino-Vietnam maritime dispute in order to better grasp the initiative to resolve the Sino-Vietnam maritime dispute and promote the Sino-Vietnamese relations towards a more balanced, inclusive, and win-win situation. The development of the United States has smashed attempts by the United States to hinder China's peaceful rise through intervention in the Sino-Vietnam dispute. This article analyzes the arguments from the following three chapters. The first chapter first introduced the general situation of the South China Sea disputes, the emergence, development and status quo of the Sino-Vietnam dispute, and focused on the main reasons for the Sino-Vietnam dispute. In particular, the United States' intervention in the Sino-Vietnam dispute enhanced the Vietnam-China dispute over the Vietnam Sea.The chips and emboldened. The second chapter first analyzes the strategic evolution of the US intervention in the South China Sea disputes.Secondly, the reason why the United States intervened in the dispute over the Vietnam Sea in Vietnam is the important strategic geopolitical value of Vietnam, important trade channels and huge resource values in the South China Sea,changes in the international situation, and the rise of China. Then he focused on an analysis of the United States' efforts to strengthen the military security cooperation with Vietnam, assist Vietnam in actively promoting the internationalization of the South China Sea issue, encourage US oil companies to strengthen cooperation with Vietnam in the development of South China Sea oil and gas resources, and realize the binding of the interests of both parties. Finally,it further analyzes the influence of the United States'initiative to intervene in the dispute over the Vietnam Sea in China. The third chapter proposes China's response to the United States' intervention in the Vietnam Sea dispute.By developing friendly relations with Vietnam,it will create a safe and stable strategic environment for China's southeastern periphery, develop and expand the China's oceanic navy, and actively conduct diplomatic relations with the United States to resolve the Vietnam-China Sea.The negative impact of the dispute.
