Throughout the history of the judicial development,interrogation was the most important and the only effective way to obtain evidence and find out the fact.Even in modern society,this way is still widely used.Legal theory of the eastern is different from the western,the system and the mode of the investigation are also different,which inevitable lead to the interrogation and the evaluation criteria of the oral confession also have a big difference.The criminal suspect shall have the right to remain silent,this is the common law belongs to the western.Interrogators have no right to force the criminal suspect self-incrimination.The testimony and other evidence which obtained by illegal way also cannot be used as valid evidence.But in eastern,the right of remain silent is restricted when the criminal suspect was asked,some defective evidence or the evidence which obtained by illegal way has not been ruled out.Currently in our country,in the field of duty-related crimes,interrogation is still widely used.The study of duty-related crimes investigation is the meaning of how to further standardize the behavior of interrogators,to find out the fact by the legal evidence,to ensure the guilty to justice,innocent people from punishment.To further improve the relevant legal system,and to further develop the reform of the judicial system,and provide a good legal environment for the great rejuvenation to China.Now,China is in the period of great social change significantly,the social from all walks of life give a positive response to improve combat corruption of the CPC and promote work of duty-related crimes.It's a very difficult task for supervisory committee.Under the new situation,the case of duty-related crimes,which means more complicated and more concealed are increased year by year.In order to further promote the anti-corruption work,we need to find more effective way to curb the bad tendency.To improve and develop the system of duty crime investigation should consider China's national conditions,on the one hand,the measure which is strengthened the duty crime investigation should be continue,the dependence of testimony should be weaken;on the other hand,the measure which is strengthened the technical of investigation should be control,the human rights should be maintained and safeguarded more effectively.The scientific and operable research methods will be used in this article,the development of urgent need and the further improvement of anti-corruption also need to adapt to the new situation,in this research,the theoretical basis of the investigation of interrogation system and the operable interrogation model will be solved in a certain extent.
