Research On Electronic Immigration Administration Of Suzhou Public Security Bureau

In order to deepen the practice of "Internet + immigration service",Suzhou public security bureau immigration department carry out intelligent e-government means in electronic license processing to improve the efficiency.By making researches in the form of interviews and case studies,this paper summarizes the problems of current administration in the areas of inconvenient online license processing,cumbersome process,unreasonable government website design,low public satisfaction with electronic license,imperfect electronic license file system and low security factor of the license system.The reason has been analysed as follows: the failure to keep pace with the times,the limited momentum of work innovation,the lack of awareness of information security,the lack of standard processes,insufficient supply of system equipment and technical inputs in the implementation of management,and the lack of the police's talent reserve.On the basis of the public service theory,the author puts forward the idea of putting people first and shaping the scientific development concept of "service","system" and "efficiency".The electronic immigration management of public security should be improved through the storage of technical personnel and the development of self-service equipment.From the perspective of service-oriented government,the author proposes the investing science and technology,innovating the convenient service means to ensuring information security;Balancing the relationship between service and management,prolonging the "network window" of convenient service,and the satisfaction of the people.
