Study On The Effectiveness Of The Government Internal Control Mechanism In China On The Suppression Of Corruption

Corruption is the "cancer" of the organic life of the country as well as a tumor that endangers social justice and justice.Therefore,to curb corruption and make the operation of power standard obey the great significance of the goal of public interest in the governance of the country,the sustained and healthy operation of the society,and the vision of people pursuing a happy and happy life.There is power in a country where there is a state,and absolute power will lead to absolute corruption.The occurrence of corruption is bound up with the political,economic,cultural and system of the country.But for the prevention,control and punishment of corruption not only need not rot,not rot,do not want to rot in the anti-corruption system as a basis,also need more government departments to improve self-discipline,through internal control,internal supervision from the specific micro aspects of the prevention and containment of corruption rot.At present,our country is in the initial stage of social society and the second largest economy in the world.In January 18,2018,the National Bureau of Statistics announced that the total GDP volume of China has achieved 80 trillion yuan,up 6.9% from the same period last year,which has increased 0.2 percentage points compared with the same period last year.At the same time,the stock and increment of corruption are also shocking at the same time.Since eighteen China's anti-corruption efforts are unprecedented,"tiger","Fox" and "flies" anti-corruption action has never stopped,but the current situation of China's anti-corruption process while the anti side rot but thought-provoking.Therefore,under the framework of anti-corruption system,strengthening the construction of internal control mechanism of government departments,standardizing the operation of power,strengthening internal supervision and controlling and Restraining Corruption by means of machine control instead of human control are of great practical significance.This paper is divided into five parts,mainly based on the construction of internal control mechanism in government departments,and expounds the containment effect and effect of internal control mechanism construction on corruption through theoretical and empirical analysis.The first part is the introduction to the introduction of the background and significance of the study,the problems and aims of the study,the thinking and method of writing,and the research innovation and difficulties.The second part is the definition of the related concepts,the basic theoretical support and the literature review at home and abroad.The third part is the effect of the construction of the government internal control mechanism on the internal management of the government.This paper mainly discusses the value of the construction of internal control mechanism,the basic principle of internal control mechanism and the double effect of internal control mechanism.The fourth part is the quantitative analysis of the containment of corruption in the construction of the internal control mechanism of the government departments.First describe the construction of internal control of our government,then put forward the research hypothesis,the corruption,power,government internal control and other related variables for statistical description,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to verify the hypothesis through panel data collected in 31 provinces of China in 2010-2014 years 5 years using the model,finally the existing problem and reason analysis the construction of the internal control system of China's current government.The fifth part,based on the conclusion of the study,summarizes some thoughts on promoting the construction of the internal control mechanism of the government in China to prevent the effectiveness of corruption.
