Research On The Issue Of Transformed Robbery

The crime of robbery,a essential part of the regulation and punishment,has a long history in criminal history.Due to its dual infringement of legal interest and severely social hazard,robbery always would be put on the top of the criminal theory.Especially,the transformed robbery will be considered as a juridically theoretic fiction for its criminal behavior.Based on the different interpretation,conviction and sentencing issues are often elaborated in practical processes.From this passage,the author will do a series of analysis with four parts.First,I will focus on the first act of the transformed robbery such as theft,defraud and loot that whether they will meet the standard of crime and thereby the relatively large amount.In the second part,the age of the criminal responsibility would be referred to the subject of the transformed robbery,regarding from 14 to 16.In the third part,the author will illustrate the dispute with the subjective and objective constitution of the crime,pointing out the elements of "the spot","with violence" and "the threaten of violence" and figuring out its specific purpose.At last,the patterns of transformed robbery including the transformation of the first act and the standard of the crime to be accomplished offense would be relatively discussed.
